MW < 700 Da, >2mg for 1H and 19F, >5 mg for 1D 13C and 31P, and for 2D NMR.
lesser quantity and longer acquisition with extended service
Typically 100-200 uM protein in 0.5 ml D-buffer for 2D NMR and 5-10 uM/0.5 ml for biophysics.
Day 1 : Sample arrives at LeaDus Bio address. Same day, customer is notified of sample arrival by email provided.
Day 2 : PDF of 1D data submission by email. 2D data submission may take between 24-72 hours. Please inquire if you don’t get data within 48 hours.
Day 3-7 : Raw data submitted via secure link.
All raw and processed data is owned by the customer. We will retain data in a secured hard drive for a limited time of 1 year for data recovery before it is archived permanently.
