Our expertise in solution and solid-state Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is readily available to serve our partners and clients as their needs change. We are currently providing consultation and contract research services to all industry and academic organizations who like to try our NMR service platform. We offer a range of services including NMR analysis of small organic molecules, polymers, and large biomolecules. 

Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy is versatile analytical and bioanalytical technology with a wide spread applications in almost all branches of science. It is non-invasive, inherently quantitative, and does not require protein immobilization or fluorophore labeling.

LeaDus Bio has access to state-of-the-art NMR instrumentation ranging from 400 MHz to 800 MHz spectrometers equipped with cryogenically cooled solution probes and magic angle spinning solid-state probes.

Our NMR platform offers a wide range of services: (1) Molecular structure verification and elucidation; (2) Conformational analysis; (3) Solubility and stability in organic and aqueous solutions; (4) Determination of physiochemical properties of drug like molecules such as equilibrium Ksol, Tsol, PKa, LogD/LogP, forced degredation in acidic, basic, and oxidative buffer conditions; (5) Structure and dynamics study of proteins and peptides in solution and in phospholipid bilayers; (6) Fragment screening (FBDD); (7) Protein screening (SBDD); (8) Hit validation and assay development; (9) Materials and API characterization in solid state by magic angle spinning NMR.
