CSP NMR

We provide 2D NMR service for isotopically labeled proteins for protein detected fragment screening, hit validation, and lead optimization using chemical shift perturbation (CSP) NMR techniques. Additionally, we perform NMR titration to measure dissociation constant (Kd) and stoicheometry as well. We typically employ either 600 or 800 MHz spectrometer equipped with a cryogenically cooled probe.

Protein samples are typically stored in -20 C freezer immediately after receiving sample in dry ice.
