NMR technique well known for its ability to structurally characterize proteins in a solution or polycrystalline solids. NMR techniques can readily measure protein folding and unfolding, local dynamics, and can visualize protein-protein interaction. We provide 1D and 2D NMR data within 24-72 hours sample receiving. We also provide 1D 1H NMR data for HOS and stability study of proteins and antibodies in solution.
3D correlation data can take up to 1-3 weeks time. Protein samples received in frozen buffer will be stored immediately in -20C refrigerator until further use. We typically used cryogenically cooled probe and 600 MHz or above instrument to collect multi-dimensional data. Typical concentration of protein is around 100-200 uM in a 500 ul volume. Besides, typical upper limit MW of protein for solution NMR is 50 kDa.
